START-UP GUIDE
So you have decided to join us in this amazing opportunity and have completed your sign-up with the company, right??? If you see a green status bar on the "status" page of your back-office at http://Quick.InstantRewards.net that says "Congratulations, you have met the offer requirements!" - you are ready to get started on your training and set up! Follow the step by step instructions below to start making some money!!! If you have NOT yet completed your sign-up, please refer to the "Join Us" page for step by step instructions for doing so. If you have any questions or need help along the way, please let us know!
Step 1: Add http://Quick.InstantRewards.net to your favorites, bookmark it, or make a note of it. This is where you will log into your back-office each day. (It is where you will find information on your earnings, referrals/team members, etc.)
Step 2: While on your Instant Rewards Quick back-office, scroll down until you see “Your Referral Link.” The link provided there is what you will give to those who are ready to join your team. This is a direct link to your free Instant Rewards website, which will automatically place anyone who signs up through that link, on your team. (Which of course is how you earn your money, by building your team!)
Step 3: (Optional) If you would like to use the control panel back-office that Instant Rewards provides for you (which includes a free auto-responder program, lead capture page, and more) go to http://instantrewardsnetwork.com/ and register there using the same email address and password that you used to sign up with us. Here you can design your marketing plan, see information about your leads, and more. Be sure to add it to your favorites, bookmark it, or make a note of it. You can also access one of our training websites from there.
Step 4: Create a new (free) email account to use for your Instant Rewards business. (I recommend gmail.) This is not a requirement, although it will makes things a lot easier on you. This is the email address that you will use on all of your marketing materials- ads, signatures, profiles, emails, etc. (Try to create an email address that looks/sounds professional- for instance, nothing like "sexy_baby123" lol) Be sure to make a note of your log-in info and check your email daily.
Step 5: Decide if you are comfortable using the telephone in your work. This is not a requirement, although it would most likely benefit you and your wallet. This is 100% up to you. If you would like to offer your phone # as a way for potential team members to reach you about the work at home opportunity, I recommend setting up a FREE Google Voice number. You will need a cell phone for verification when setting it up. What this will do is forward calls from your new Google Voice # to your cell phone, that way you do not have to put your personal phone # out there for all to see. You can turn calls on and off, set up a voicemail specifically for people requesting information, etc. For help creating your Google Voice # and forwarding your calls, please visit

Step 6: Decide how many hours you are willing to contribute to working at home. I recommend a minimum of 2 hours/day, 5 days/week...but of course- it depends on your schedule. The more time you can put into it, especially in the beginning, the merrier. You decide how much money you earn with this company. You will get out of it exactly what you put into it- this is not a get rich quick scheme, it does take work to be successful. If you are someone who works better on a schedule, write/type up a quick schedule for yourself and try to stick with it. The amount of hours you are willing and able to put fourth each day will determine the number of advertising mediums you will need to sign up for in the next two steps.
Step 7: Find and join as many groups as you can (on facebook, yahoo, forums, whatever you prefer) that allow business ads to be posted in the group. Some groups will not allow them at all, some will allow them completely, and some will have rules for posting such as you can only post ads on certain days, only 1 ad per day, etc. I recommend making a list and noting next to each group name- what rules, if any, they have about business ad posting. (I personally have one document where I list all of the groups that allow members to post at least one business ad per day, then I have another document where I list all of the groups that have specific rules- certain days, hours, topics, etc about business ad postings. It makes ad posting go much quicker!) (Note: Do not join more than 20 facebook groups in one day, to avoid being put into “facebook jail.” Feel free to continue on with the steps below, but remember to keep joining more new groups each day until you've reached the desired number of groups.) I personally post in 30 facebook groups per day, 5 days per week, but I use 60 groups total- I do 30 one day and the remaining 30 the next day, that way I'm posting in each one every OTHER day instead of EVERY day. Some sample key words that you can use when searching for groups to join include: work at home, work from home, home business, virtual, classifieds, anything goes, self employed, work at home mom, stay at home mom, location independent, entrepreneur, mamapreneur, etc. You can usually read the “rules” of the group BEFORE you request to join them, to make sure they allow business ads to be posted to the group. I recommend only joining & posting in groups that have a minimum of 10,000 members in them, for maximum exposure.
Step 8: Using the list of free classified websites on the Where to Advertise page choose some that you would like to start posting your ads to. (You can also find your own websites to post to, the list provided is just there if you need it.) Create accounts on the sites you choose, if required, and make note of your log-in info. Also note any “rules” each one has about posting business ads.
Step 9: Consider checking out & joining and/or saving/favoriting/bookmarking the following websites and groups for training and support purposes (I highly recommend spending at least 20 minutes/day on training of some sort- learning is a life-long process, we should never stop learning! You can never know TOO much about this industry!)

Step 10: Update your social networking, group, and forum profiles; email signatures; etc to reflect the new company you are working with- INSTANT REWARDS! Every person who looks at your profile, email signature, etc is a potential team member!
Step 11: (Optional): Announce to your friends and family (via social networking status updates, emails, messages, etc) that you have joined a new work at home company- INSTANT REWARDS- and provide information to anyone who may be interested.
Step 12: Using the sample ads, begin advertising the work at home opportunity provided by Instant Rewards. Be sure to place your contact information in all of your advertising and marketing materials. Place as many ads as you can, talk/network with as many people as you can, and get your name out there. Try to switch up your ads as much as you can.
Step 13: Respond to interested parties by giving them information (you can use a script, send them to the Company Overview Presentation, send them to your capture page (which is provided in the Control Panel from step 3 above), or wing it- whichever you prefer.) Answer their questions and if they are ready to begin, walk them through the sign-up process OR send them to the Join Us page. If you are sending them to our page for the sign-up process, be sure to give them your referral link! Also, stand by in case they need to contact you with questions!
Step 14: Look over your Instant Rewards Back-Office, Control Panel, Training Sites, Etc to get acquainted with how everything works. (How to request your earnings payment, where to check your referrals/team-members status, etc.)
Step 15: You will be earning $30.00 for EVERY new team member who signs up under you, once they complete their free offers. When you bring in new referrals/team-members, help them as much as you can. Be supportive, answer their questions, check in with them to make sure they are doing ok, and feel free to send them to this training site. Not only is it the RIGHT thing to do (helping them learn the ropes and become successful after they sign up under you) but an added bonus is that you will be earning 5% from their earnings! So that means- the more successful THEY are, the more successful YOU will be! =)
